Service overview

We work in the same way as an executive assistant organising your appointments.

1. We contact a prospect database according to your geographical criteria: regions, departments and/or postcodes.

2. We introduce ourselves as an executive assistant.

3. We explain that we specialise in optimising telecoms and internet costs and offer an appointment with our manager (you or one of your sales representatives), who will present your company and provide a comparative quote.

4. When a prospect is interested, we carefully record: first and last name, address, telephone, email, type of quote required, and appointment date and time. You can access the appointment in your online customer area.

5. The day before each appointment, we call the prospect to confirm it. You can follow appointment status in your online customer area.

6. The day after the appointment, we carry out a quality check to find out how it went.

7. Once your order has been delivered, we review it with you to see whether you wish to stop or place another order.
