Service overview

We work in the same way as an executive assistant organising your appointments.

1. We contact a prospect database according to your geographical criteria: regions, departments and/or postcodes.

2. We introduce ourselves as an executive assistant.

3. We explain that we specialise in loan restructuring and offer an appointment with our manager (you or one of your sales representatives), who will present your company and provide a free assessment.

4. When a prospect is interested, we carefully record: first and last name, address, telephone, email, existing loans, debt-to-income ratio, age, occupation, homeowner or tenant status, family situation, and appointment date and time. You can access the appointment in your online customer area.

5. The day before each appointment, we call the prospect to confirm it. You can follow appointment status in your online customer area.

6. The day after the appointment, we carry out a quality check to find out how it went.

7. Once your order has been delivered, we review it with you to see whether you wish to stop or place another order.
