Businesses with premises over 150 m² seeking a quote for regular office cleaning. Appointments concern an average area of around 250 to 600 m².

Service overview

We work in the same way as an executive assistant organising your appointments.

1. We contact a prospect database according to your geographical criteria: regions, departments and/or postcodes.

2. We introduce ourselves as an executive assistant.

3. We generate interest by explaining that our manager, who works for a professional cleaning company, would like to meet the prospect and provide a cleaning quote for their business.

4. When a prospect is interested, we carefully record: company name, address, telephone, email, exact business activity, total floor area, office area to clean, any current cleaning contract and its anniversary date, appointment date and time, and the name of the person who will receive you. You can access the appointment in your online customer area.

5. The day before each appointment, we call the prospect to confirm it. You can follow appointment status in your online customer area.

6. The day after the appointment, we carry out a quality check to find out how it went.

7. Once your order has been delivered, we review it with you to see whether you wish to stop or place another order.
